I really loved the durability and look of well. The QR code instructions, cover clips, and any pertinent instructions were lacking. As an experienced contractor I was able to apply common sense. There’s nothing describing cover supports and how they sit. Whether the cover is supposed to have an air gap, Screw holes in ladder with no instructions. Quality excellent, information less than adequate on web site and videos.
