Return

Returning a Product If you need to return merchandise, please follow this process to assure proper credit or replacement. To start the return process, call us at 866-996-1989 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to get the address you will be shipping the return to. We are not responsible for any merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number. Nor can we be responsible for extra shipping charges if items are shipped to an incorrect address. If you are returning merchandise because it was damaged in shipment, please read the 'If Your Shipment Is Damaged' section below. Send back any returned merchandise in its original packaging with proper packaging material intact. Claims cannot be filed on items not properly and securely packaged. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the boxes. If the return is a result of our error, such as we shipped you the wrong item than what you ordered, we will arrange, and pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the arranging, and paying for, the return shipment. You are also responsible for a 25% restocking fee. Ask for details at the time of ordering. All returned merchandise must be in re-sellable condition in order to receive credit. We issue credit only after we have received and inspected the merchandise. Items must be received back within 30 days of date the RMA was issued. Any item that is shipped back to us without first getting an RMA number issued, will not be accepted and shall be shipped back to you at your expense.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Items

If Your Shipment Is Damaged If you find any damage to your shipment, you may reject only the part of the shipment that is damaged. Reject the damaged portion of the delivery and have the driver return it back to sender as damaged. Mark the paperwork from the driver with notes of what was damaged and returned and what portion (if any) of the delivery was accepted. Then contact us at 866-996-1989 and we will reissue a replacement of the damaged item as soon as humanly possible. If you find damage to your shipment, but choose to accept it anyway, you must have the driver note on the delivery receipt that the shipment is damaged and the driver must also sign the receipt. Then you must file a claim directly with the shipping company for the damaged portion of your order. (Damage to your shipment is the responsibility of the shipping company. Redi-Exit LLC cannot file a claim for your damaged shipment - only the receiver can.) Please keep any and all damaged merchandise as well as all packing material for the trucking company's inspector to see. Reorder on the website or call us at 866-996-1989 if need be.


Ordered Not Received

Drop us an email and we will help you to check with the courier service. Sometimes, order not received maybe due to following situation:

1) Address invalid
2) Held by customs, need information from the receiver
3) Parcel arrive at post office, waiting for pickup, this situation occurs when the courier can't reach your destination/ you are not at home.

We reserve the right to cancel orders when:

  • Shipping restrictions in some places, customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs and your fund will automatically return to your original payments within 5-10 business days.
  • Product Out Of Stock

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Late Refunds/ Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
