- Economy Egress Wells and Covers meet all current IRC Code requirements. These one-piece Wells are constructed of a heavy 18 gauge (.0475”) galvanized (90G) corrugated steel, that is painted white on the inside and tan on the outside.
- These “Made in the USA” wells and covers are used when cost is a major factor in egress well selection.
- These Egress Wells have a 3/4” rolled edge for safety and strength. All Economy Egress Wells come with a 2 ½” mounting flange on both sides of the well to easily anchor and seal them to the foundation wall.
- Economy Egress Wells that are higher than 44” are required to have a ladder to meet current IRC Code.
- Our matching white powder coated steel Economy Egress Well Ladder is an easy way to meet this need.
- These one-piece wells require no on-site assembly, and the rigid-it corrugated steel construction means no wood bracing during back filling, making them one of the easiest egress wells to install.
