mar-flex Lifelines™ Modular Basement Egress Window Well
The marflex Lifelines™ is a light weight easy to handle modular window well system that is made of speckled earth tone colored polyethylene with UV inhibitors to resist fading.
These Egress Window Wells are 53" wide, 38" front to back. One module has an overall height of 21"; each additional module adds 14" to that height. A total of 4 modules can be put together to achieve a maximum height of 63".
They have a built-in ladder for safe and easy exit from the basement. Predrilled mounting flanges allow direct attachment to the foundation.
The marflex Lifelines™ Modular Basement Egress Window Well meets all IRC 2006 code requirements and is designed to work with our REDI-EXIT® Double Hung In-swing Egress Windows or REDI-EXIT® Sliding Egress Windows and matching mar-flex Lifelines™ Modular Window Well Cover to create a beautiful installation.
mar-flex Lifelines™ Standard Basement Egress Window Wells
The one piece mar-flex Lifelines™ Standard Basement Egress Window Wells are molded of polyethylene with UV inhibitors to resist fading. These Basement Window Wells are available in three colors; White, Sandstone, Granite.
These Egress Window Wells are 69 1/2" wide at the top, 60 1/2" wide at the bottom and 46" front to back. They come in two heights: 63" and 83" with built-in stairs and handrail. The wells have a mounting flange for direct attachment to the foundation and are supplied with a hardware installation kit.
The mar-flex Lifelines™ Standard Basement Egress Window Well meets all IRC 2006 code requirements and is designed to work with our REDI-EXIT® Double Hung In-swing Egress Windows, or REDI-EXIT® Sliding Egress Windows, and matching mar-flex Lifelines™ Standard Window Well Cover or mar-flex Lifelines Standard Window Well Grate.

Wellcraft™ Modular 3-Tier Garden Step Egress Window Well
The Wellcraft™ Modular 3-Tier Garden Step Basement Egress Window Well is constructed from polyethylene with UV inhibitors to reduce fading. It comes in two colors; Gray and Sandstone.
These three piece wells are 67" wide, and 60" high. They are designed have a variety of plantings on each level to give you a beautiful view when looking out your basement window.
The basement egress well has flat, pre-punched flanges that allow easy attachment for anchor to foundation applications.
This well is designed to work with the REDI-EXIT® Sliding Basement Window in sizes up to 60" .
It meets all IRC 2006 requirements and when combined with our REDI-EXIT® Double Hung In-swing Egress Windows, or REDI-EXIT® Sliding Basement Egress Window, and matching Wellcraft™ Modular 3-Tier Garden Step Egress Window Well Cover creates an attractive professional looking basement egress system.
