I installed the Compact Series In-Swing Egress window last night. Works great. Really cool design. The building authority here in Center Valley was impressed – they’d never even heard of such a thing.
Significantly for me, since I was able to get a code-compliance egress window into the width of an existing window and only had to remove concrete below that existing window, I didn’t have to reinforce the foundation, get an engineer’s stamp, consume more time, etc., etc. So there was significant time and money savings with this solution.

Thank you so much for the help with the egress window. It arrived yesterday and it is already in place. My husband and our crew were so impressed with the construction of the window. The window was encased in orient strand board, and was in one piece after delivery. You guys have really gone that extra mile to insure that we would be impressed.

Here is the pump house I was working on and used the doors for. They went in perfectly and look great as you can see. Thanks for the help in getting the fit perfect for me. I included the before and after so you could see the difference.

I purchased the talking smoke detector and it is working well. Hopefully I will never have to use it. I just sent the attached email to over 100 friends that can use it to protect their children too. Keep up the good work.

Thanks so much... but you know great service responses like yours makes it a non-problem. Thanks to your quick reply and sensitivity I always felt we could work something out so there was really no stress other than a few choice words for the carrier (who somehow manages to break about 25% of everything I receive).
