Redi-Exit Modular Platforms

The REDI-EXIT® Modular Platform is a rust free aluminum balcony that is shipped in pieces and installed a part at a time, without the use of a crane or other lifting equipment.

This modular balcony is can be manufactured in any size needed but a 3 foot deep x 4 foot wide platform with a 42 inch high safety railing is a standard. Customized platforms is our specialty.

The aluminum REDI-EXIT® Modular Platform is supplied with all the hardware needed for installation. Two men can install a platform by installing it a piece at a time, without the use of a crane or other lifting equipment.

Our standard 3’ deep x 4’ wide platform has a 42” high safety railing with 8” center to center posts and can be supplied with either a right or left side exit or with no balcony exit. A optional maintenance free white powder coating is also available.

This Modular Balcony is designed to have an optional standard 2 or 3-story REDI-EXIT Fire Escape Ladder installed on it if required.
