REDI-EXIT® Commercial Door Repair and Replacement Hardware is selected to make repairing a broken or damaged door easy. We have chosen Repair and Replacement Hardware to help you reduce the time to make a door repair.
This hardware is commercial grade, not the residential grade you find at your local Big Box or Hardware Store.
Many of the parts help to solve specific door problems, like sagging doors, broken hinges, or stripped screws.

Ball Bearing Hinges
REDIEXIT® Wood, Steel and Steel Fire Door Kits are supplied three commercial grade, UL rated, 4 1/2" x 4 1/2", USP prime coated finish, wrought steel, Standard Weight, Ball Bearing Mortise Hinges with non rising pin feature (NRP) that meet NFPA 80 Specifications for each door.
An optional UL Fire Rated continuous hinge can be supplied if requested.
Commercial grade, UL Rated, 4 1/2" x 4 1/2", wrought steel, Standard Weight, Ball Bearing Mortise Hinges that meet NFPA 80 Specifications. Note: Ball Bearing Hinges must be used when replacing hinges on a Fire Rated Door. Available with non rising pin feature (NRP) by request.
These hinges conform to standard USA templates, and are used to replace hinges on 1 3/4" thick, commercial grade Wood and Steel Doors.

Full Surface Reinforcing Pivot Hinge is used to fix sagging doors weighing up to 300 pounds. This Hinge adds support at the top of the door where the most stress is concentrated with conventional butt hinge systems.
These Heavy-duty, 7 gauge, .187" thick cold-rolled steel US2G Galvanized Zinc plated hinges have been cycle tested to 1,500, 000 repetitions exceed ASTM standard 156.1, and are acceptable to use on Fire Doors. They come with all the necessary mounting hardware.
This Reinforcing Pivot Hinge must be ordered in either a Right Hand (shown) or Left Hand Door Swing configurations.

Commercial grade UL Fire Labeled, Cylindrical Handle Keyed Lock Set, with a 2 3/4 inch back set.
REDIEXIT Door Kits and Fire Door Kits are supplied with your choice of UL fire labeled locksets in either Cylindrical or Lever handled configurations. Lever handled locksets are ADA compliant.
These locksets are available in brass or dull stainless finishes, and can be supplied in passage, keyed, store room, bathroom and classroom locking configurations.
REDDCO Inc can also supply locksets that are keyed the same or to match your existing keying system. We also can supply lever handled locksets that can accept IC lock cylinders.

Panic Exit Devices
Single Door or Double Door RIM Panic Exit Device
REDIEXIT Single Doors and Fire Doors are can be supplied with a commercial grade, ADA compliant, UL fire labeled RIM Panic Device, and matching strike plate.
These surface mounted reversible wrought steel RIM Panic Exit Devices are available in either a baked Aluminum or Bronze painted finish.
They are easy to install with a minimum of working parts and can be supplied with a large variety of Exit Device Trims.
REDIEXIT Double Doors and Fire Doors that are installed with either a center Mullion or have one active and one inactive door are supplied with two RIM Panic Exit Devices. The Fire Door arrangement having an one active and one inactive Door will have UL Fire Rated edge mounted Flush Bolts.
Double Door Vertical Rod Exit Panic Exit Device
REDIEXIT Double Doors that are both active and have no center Mullion can be supplied with two commercial grade ADA compliant, UL fire labeled, Vertical Rod Exit Devices.

Available in Medium-Duty (Standard) and Heavy Duty Styles, in Aluminum Baked Enamel, or Bronze Baked Enamel finish.
The Door Closers has adjustments for closing speed, closing power, and opening door cushioning (back check).

Window Vision Kits
REDIEXIT Steel and Wood Fire Door Kits with up to a 90 minute fire rating can be shipped with either 10" x 10" or 5" x 20" preinstalled 1/4" thick Wire Glass Vision Window; a maximum of 100 Sq Inches of 1/4" thick Wire Glass is allowed by fire codes in doors having a fire rating of 90 minutes or less.
These UL Rated 1/4" thick Wire Glass Vision Kits are installed by our UL licensed shop prior to shipment. Note 3 hour fire doors can not have Vision Kits installed in them according to fire code regulations.
Optional Ceramic Fire Glass Vision Kits can be installed if more than 100 square inches of glass is required. Note: Ceramic Fire Glass can cost up to about ten times more than a standard 1/4" Wire Glass Kit.
REDIEXIT Steel and Wood Door Kits can be shipped with a wide variety of preinstalled Glass Vision Windows.
Door Thresholds
An ADA Compliant, Door Threshold is supplied with every REDIEXIT Wood, Steel and Steel Exterior Fire Door Kit.
These aluminum Thresholds are available in 1/4" and 1/2" heights and 5" widths. These low profile Thresholds allow wheelchairs and carts to roll easily over them.
A Threshold can be supplied for Interior Wood, Steel and Steel Fire Doors where there is a concern about sealing the door between a heated and unheated area. When combined with a Brush Door Sweep and a Door Seal Kit an excellent seal can be achieved.

Door Sweeps
A Brush Door Sweep is supplied with every REDIEXIT Wood, Steel and Steel Exterior Fire Door Kit.
These aluminum Brush Door Sweeps are designed to seal the gap between the Fire Door and the top of the threshold or floor surface to seal almost any opening using minimal door closing force.
These aluminum 5/8" Brush Door Sweeps are designed with a flat flange to provide the best contact between the brush and threshold or floor surface. These 36" and 48" Brush Door Sweeps are predrilled and come with sheet metal screws. They can be cut to fit any width Fire Door.

Door Seal Kits - Weather Seals
A optional Door Seal Kit can be added to any REDIEXIT Wood, Steel or Steel Fire Door Kit these weather seals are designed to seal the gap between the Door and Door Frame eliminating air infiltration between heated and unheated spaces.
These Door Seals have a predrilled aluminum frame that's designed to be cut to size and are adhesive backed so they stay in place during installation, making these weather seals easy to install.
Each kit comes with one 3 or 4 foot section and two 7 foot sections.
One 3 foot section and two 7 foot sections per package.

Bolts for Double Door Applications
Flush Mount Door Bolts install in the door edge, at the top and bottom, of the inactive door in a pair of Doors. This allows the hardware to be hidden when both doors are closed.
These commercial grade heavy duty steel Flush Mounted Door Bolts, have a UL fire rating of 3 hours when used on the inactive door of the pair. They come with mortise strikes and mounting screws.

Door Frame Dimpled Mounting Holes and Masonry Anchors
All Masonry Door Frames and Fire Door Frames can be ordered predrilled and dimpled by our shop and shipped with Masonry Anchors.
Both 6 foot 8 inch and 7 foot high doors will have three holes and dimples applied to each leg of the frame. Six matching Masonry Anchors are also supplied.
Fire Block Sealant
This gray caulking features superior adhesive strength, caulk rate and non-sag application and is used to fill framing gaps around Fire Doors Frames.
Fire Block Sealant has been tested in accordance to ASTM E 136, and meets, the 2003 International Residential Code (IRC) and NAFA 5000 smoke and fire blocking requirements.
