When you realize you are trapped in a fire and only have seconds to escape
you do not always have time to search under a bed or in the closet to find a
chain ladder. Once you find it then you must deploy it, by feeding it out the
window and hooking it to the windowsill, taking valuable additional time. This
is often difficult for young children and the elderly to do. Also backing out
of a window and feeling for the first rung of an unstable chain ladder is very
difficult to do when you're in a hurry.
The REDI-EXIT Fire Escape System is permanently mounted just outside your bedroom
window. You open the window, hit the release knob to deploy it, you then grab
the ladder, step on to the stable ladder and escape the fire in a matter of
seconds. How do you put a value on the life of your loved ones? The peace of
mind you gain by knowing you have a reliable and easy to use way out waiting
for you when you need it is surly worth the additional cost of this Fire Escape
System.
