REDI-EXIT® Economy Series Egress Wells meet all current IRC Code requirements. These one piece Wells are constructed of a heavy 18 gauge (.0475”) galvanized (90G) corrugated steel, that is painted white on the inside and tan on the outside. These wells are used when cost is a major factor in Egress Well selection.
REDI-EXIT® Economy Series Egress Wells are available in five widths 49”, 55”, 61”, 67” and 73”, have a 36” projection off the foundation wall and comes in 24”, 36”, 48”, 60”, and 72” heights. These Egress Wells have a 3/4” rolled edge for safety and strength.
REDI-EXIT® Economy Series Egress Wells that are higher than 44” are required to have a ladder to meet current IRC Code. Our matching white steel Egress Well Ladder is an easy way to meet this need.
These one piece wells require no on site assembly, and the rigid corrugated steel construction means no wood bracing during back filling, making them one of the easiest egress wells to install. All wells come with a mounting flange on both sides to anchor and seal them to the foundation wall.
