REDI-EXIT® Compact Series Egress Well is just 9.1 square feet in size, making it the smallest egress window well available in the market today that meets the IRC Code requirement of 9.0 square feet of surface area. This well is typically used when space to install an egress well is limited.
The one piece REDI-EXIT® Compact Series Egress Well combines the toughness of low-density polyethylene plastic with the rigidity of high density polyethylene plastic to create a high quality impact resistant egress well that functions across a wide range of temperatures. Available in either a Sandstone (Tan) or Granite (gray) color.
A Clear Polycarbonate Hinged Cover is available to complete your basement egress installation.
REDI-EXIT® Compact Series Egress Well is available in 37 1/2” width, have a 36” projection off the foundation wall and comes in one 60” height. This well can be cut if a shorter height is needed.
This egress well has an outside width of 45 1/2” and a outside projection of 40”.
REDI-EXIT® Compact Series Egress Well have a molded in ladder for easy escape and a mounting flange on both sides to anchor and seal them to the foundation wall.
These one piece wells require no on site assembly, and the rigid construction means no wood bracing during back fill making them one of the easiest egress wells to install.
